Vlad stares at me with hooded eyes and pulls the pillows out from under my head before rolling me onto my stomach.

The bed shifts. He grabs hold of my left leg, drizzling the cold syrup over my quivering flesh. His lips are warm and soft. He kisses, licks, and then he nips at the skin around and behind my knee.

"I hope you are not a sore loser," I say giggling.

He sighs. 'I never make a bet I cannot win when the stakes are high.' He cups my knee between his hands. 'You should focus on relaxing because this might be intense.'

His fingers glide along my knee a few times and my body trembles. He applies pressure while rubbing the area behind my knee in a circular pattern.

A wave of pleasure washes over my body, erupting from the pit of my belly. It intensifies and grows stronger. Gasping, I pull against the restraints. My toes curl, and my thighs tighten.
