Chapter 94: The Proof

The two of them messed up the always-tidy room, moving things around and destroying them. Assuming Maddie and Castelia were still being nice, they could have burned all the data Joshua was still using but they didn't. Another reason was that they feared going to jail for going too far, so that was all they did.

Having managed to screw things up, Maddie and Castelia sat on the sofa, leaning back against each other and breathing hard to calm the tiredness. Maddie smiled, imagining how frustrated Joshua would be after he saw all this.

"By the way, Cas, could you possibly know why Joshua hates short-haired women?" Maddie asked suddenly, that was what intrigued her the most. Maddie had asked the same question before but that day, Castelia had no clue, so Maddie wished she knew now.
