Chapter 109: Mistake

Castelia got home at one o'clock in the afternoon and hadn't done anything after three hours of sitting pensively in the living room. Castelia was still in a state of shock, needing a little more time to calm her muddled mind.

However, not because of a problem but because of what happened moments before. "Cas, you're not hungry?" Maddie asked as she descended the stairs, but Castelia didn't respond and didn't turn around as if she wasn't listening.

Castelia heard, she just wasn't in the mood to answer. Maddie came over and sat beside her, shaking her face to wake her up. "Are you all right, Cas?" asked Maddie, starting to get worried.

Three hours ago, Castelia came home listless and sat down after saying, 'I need some time to think.' Were three hours not enough for her to look pathetic? She made Maddie even more curious. "What exactly happened?"
