      "I'm so fucking proud of you." Kenny whispered, voice filled with so much emotions and I beamed, my insides feeling very queasy. Despite the fact that I could taste blood in every bit of my mouth and it was all over my neck and chest, Kenny still leaned over and pressed a kiss against my forehead.

"I was so worried about you. I was scared something had happened to you and I'm so sorry I wasn't there to protect you." He continued just as I got injected with something and I shook my head frantically at him.

"It's not your fault and now I'm just grateful he has been arrested." I sighed out and Kenny chuckled slowly.

"It's hilarious that he kidnapped you and he also led the police straight to himself after he called the ambulance. Didn't he think that though?" Kenny asked as he crouched before me and I huffed with a small shrug, feeling beyond relief that I was safe now.
