Chapter 65: A good girl - II

Evelyn again cooked the dinner. 

Had the don forgotten about getting a new made for himself? For how long was Evelyn supposed to keep on cooking? To be honest she was not a cook. She had never cooked in her life and now she was running out of the dishes that she knew how to cook. 

This time she had actually finished cooking thirty minutes past seven which left her with another thirty minutes for Salvatore to arrive home. 

She huffed slightly. 

At least when she was living with his parents it was better because she had some company. Here Evelyn was alone almost all of the time. 

A familiar ping was heard and Evelyn turned around from the couch that she was sitting in to see Salvatore entering the penthouse. 

"Don?" She mumbled in shock not expecting him to comment so early. 

Salvatore threw a glance her way. "What?" 

She shook her head.
