Chapter 1: Ao Cosmo [1]
Far to the South Of Ao Cosmo, there is a large Planet filled with Adventurers & Guilds. This Planet is one giant Kingdom called Fallenbourne. And this is where our main characters, Soul & Sarah resides in.
Sarah was a young girl in her very late teens with brown hair that was tied up in low short twin tails and a set of bangs that hung in unkempt waves over her forehead. She was wearing a short orange dress with a halter neck and lace worn over dark tights. On her arms, Sarah wears long sleeves that wrap around just below her shoulders and flare down into large, embroidered cuffs. On her feet, she wears long, light brown boots with dark bows.
"Squishy, Squishy!" A small pink octopus with two small pointed horns on his head yelled. He was trying to draw Sarah's attention back to her main task. Sarah snapped out of her daydream. She had gotten distracted by the smell of food stands.
"Ah! Lum! Why didn't you tell me to focus earlier!?" Sarah asked as she looked at her watch. Her demo traveling visa was going to expire in 3 hours. Sarah's Company wasn't going to pay over 20,000 Gem to send a newbie to a new Planet but Sarah didn't have any Gem to spare to go. So her only option was to beg one of her friends to give her a Demo Traveling Visa that you only get once every 10 years. If it were to expire while she was on this Planet she could get a fine for illegally staying & that cost 100 times more then her rent.
"GET BACK HERE SOUL!!" A police guard yelled at a spiky black haired man who had a bandaid on his cheek & goggles on his head. The man whose name was souls was lean and of average height. He had slanted eyes and thin eyebrows.
The man name Soul didn't see the short girl and ran right into her. Lum let out black mist from being frightened.
"KYAHHH!!! Get off! Get off!" Sarah yelled punching Soul in the face. Soul sighed annoyed but he knew he couldn't let this girl go after she saw him. He swung the small girl over his shoulder, running sneakily out of the black mist created by Lum.
"You're coming with me little girl." Soul said running away from the large crowd. Sarah was confused but then let out a scream. She hugged Lum tightly not knowing where she was getting taken to.
"They got away lady Noben." A guard said.
A beautiful woman with amber eyes and long dark green hair that reaches to the middle of her back scowled at her Teams incompetence to catch mere children.
"Hurry up and get the Androids..." She sighed angrily. "You won't get away demon child Soul. There's a reason why you aren't able to graduate... you've gone far with stealing the Clockwork Gear."
