In Stephen's place, a different matter had also ensued.

After he parted with Joey, he stood a few meters away from his place and just tried to make considerations of whether to face his parents or not.

  As the stars twinkled brightly in the sky, a cloud started to cover its brilliance. A lightning strike creates a few swift lines sparking on the clouds.

It was an ominous sight that Stephen gazed. 

It took him over ten minutes before his feet finally moved towards his place. His steps were neither fast or slow as he walked on the side of the road. There were several men wearing a white and black suit outside his place.

After they saw Stephen approaching, they respectfully bowed at him.
