Chapter 660: Miscarriage

The female doctor was the same doctor who had been Mo Roulan's doctor during the whole pregnancy. 

She looked confused as she said to He Jian. 

"Your wife miscarried Mr. He. It confuses me because the crucial months of pregnancy had passed already and she was completely fine when she came for a checkup this morning. From what I see, she was very stressed about something. Did something happen after you left the office?"

He Jian didn't say anything. 

He stood still. 

The doctor also looked at him with a frown but then thought that he must be very shocked so she looked at Grandfather He and said 

"Mother gets a huge shock in such circumstances. The family's care and love are needed a lot at such phases."

Grandfather He swallowed down the lump inside his throat and nodded his head. 

The doctor left after giving a few more instructions.

As soon as she left, Grandfather He raised his cane and hit He Jian's leg with it.
