Chapter 293: THE POWER OF THE ARIA'S

We settled in the hotel hours later and Sayuri kept a small smile on her lips as she sat on the balcony and admired the views at the peak of Mount Chugach.

" Lobo, have you ever trekked up the mountain ?" She asked as sipped a glass of hot chocolate filled with marshmallows. Her feet were bare and she looked so at home that a pang of regret filled my heart.

" Yes, I have. The glaciers are really beautiful. I know that you would love them" I stated.

She tilted her head and said, " Why are you regretful?" Sayuri was good at reading emotions.

" I wish I had met you sooner. " I whispered and leaned back on the chair and stared out into the mountains.

"It was the right time, " She explained.

" Mmh" I nodded.

Sayuri took my hand and held it as we watched the sun disappear in the mountain peaks and the twilight skies' beauty rose.

" I want to spend time here Lobo" She stated firmly.
