Chapter 65: Angelica meets Louis

At 11:30 a.m., Angelica had already arrived at the office where Kate worked. She sat down and then contacted Kate.

"Hello, Kate?"

"Hi, Angel!" Kate sounded excited.

"I'm here... I mean, at the office where you work," Angelica said, glancing around at the clean, tidy, monochrome, and grand surroundings.

"Oh my... why are you here?" Kate sounded panicked.

"Because we need to talk..."

"If it's just talking, you could have called..."

"I know, but this is very important. We have a lot to discuss... And I want to show you something," Angelica said anxiously, recalling Ryan's unpleasantness as Roger had mentioned.

"Alright, I'll step out now... We will have a launch... Besides, my boyfriend is picking me up so maybe we can talk together," Kate replied.
