   "What even is this deal supposed to be about?" I questioned and this time, he clearly perked up.

"It's about your throne, and my younger brother." He revealed and I rolled my eyes.

"I've gathered that already. But, what's the details of this deal supposed to be about?"

Kendrick pursed his lips for a moment. "Your father is in consideration of making my younger brother is heir. I heard for a few trusted sources that's it's already being worked on, and no offense dear cousin, but the entire council of the clan are on the same footing as him. They're all in support of Kai accenting the throne since they all have an…  unpleasant image of you."
