They went in as soon as they let the guard scan their I.S. Codes.

"I reserved the best seat for us. It's in front. We can see the musicians," Jayce excitedly said.

The waiter led them to the front seat. It was a red, comfortable modular sofa facing the stage. There was a small band of jazz music players currently playing live.

Lia was careful not to sit beside Jayce, and instead, she sat in front of him. "I like the vibes of the music," she said because she couldn't think of any topic.

"Are you going to have yogurt again?" Jayce asked her.

Lia shook her head and said, "I'll have a fizzy pineapple punch."

"How did you know that there is a beverage like that here?"

"I told you before, right? I worked here…" 

The supervisor, who passed by their table, recognized Lia and he greeted her, "Lia Brentvale! Hey, long time no see," he was delighted to see her in good health. To be honest, he was very worried about firing her.
