Chapter 50: PRETEND TO BE CLUELESS
GYPSY smiled as innocently as possible as she gave a casual yet polite response to the First Prince. "I see," she said, nodding. "I haven't seen wolves in the duchy yet since I'm always stuck at the mansion. But I heard from my late father before that there are wolves in the Restricted Areas. However, most of the Restricted Areas are in the Black Zone, Your Highness."
"Are you telling His Highness not to go to those areas?" the knight closest to the First Prince confronted her heatedly. "How dare you restrict His Highness' movements, Lady Woolsey?"
"How dare you interrupt my conversation with His Highness?" she snapped back at the knight as calmly as she could. "The Winterbone Duchy is an independent state, and I am currently the master of this land. I am not restricting His Highness's movements– I am merely giving a gentle reminder as I do not want any harm to befall on anyone who visits our territory."
