Chapter 264: Soft Farewells Part 1
New Moon Tribe
The morning of Alpha Taiga's departure from the New Moon Tribe came too soon.
Before the Sun had made its appearance above the sleepy hills in the horizon, Taiga and his dozen warriors were saddling up their mounts and packing up their gear. The makeshift camp that the Silver Moon warriors erected during their stay in the area, has now been dismantled.
The empty space without the tents, camp fires, and small furniture now felt like a mistake to Tuzi.
The rabbit shifter, wolf girl, and a few others from the New Moon tribe, were up and about, helping the warriors pack and prepare for their long journey ahead.
While strapping a satchel of flatbread and jerky to one of the horses, Oyuna stole a glance at a couple who was saying their farewells to one another.
