Disney was like a bad joke that no one found funny, one that contained so much pain rather than happiness and the fact that the James household was headed there had to mean something to them. 

They were gladly taking the first step out of the woods and that was all that Carlito needed to make things better. In his life, he had seen his siblings be broken and break people in return. 

It was a whole cycle of madness and if he hadn't decided to be rational about it, they would be suffering so badly.

"I call dibs on the window seat," Carl said and his siblings just rolled their eyes at him. Whatever he was on, he needed to share. They didn't even want to ask which window seat he was talking about. The less they asked the more they would get to their destination in peace.
