"What do we do now," Alex asked Ryan who seemed to be lost in his thoughts. He had been confident about making Jason talk earlier and yet when he finally had the chance to make the guy talk.

He couldn't. Because of a traumatic experience that had been entirely his fault. Maybe Alexander was right, the only thing love ever did was to make life even harder than it already was.

"We drop him on the streets. someone will find him and get him back home. But we need to be prepared. I don't know how much preparation we need, but I know one thing is certain, this anger is not normal," Ryan said and Alex sighed.

He did not know what to do, and that should have been new to him. Then again, since he had met Lia, nothing had ever been black and white with him.

"Okay. Just— Just do it," Alex said to one of his men. They needed to make this believable, but he already knew that Lia would tell that this was his doing.
