Chapter 59: the girl with the bullet

"Don't you dare bring our private quarrel to the public, Pepper" Asher dimmed his eyes at her to get her to shut up.

"You are cheating on her? Not cool, dude!" The armed robber told him.

"No, of course not" Asher told him and then he turned to Pepper ."Can we not bring a bad guy to our private conversation?"

"Who are you calling a bad guy?" The armed robber asked him.

Pepper rolled her eyes at her husband "Great, now you've succeeded in pissing off even the nice bad guy. Don't mind me, I will just sit here and die out of shame from being the wife of a man that couldn't attack someone properly!"

Pepper yelled at him. 

Pepper and Asher could hear the police as they spoke to the robbers.

"Come out with your hands placed on your head, slowly!" 

Everyone present had no idea what to feel about the police presence. Will it escalate things or will the gunmen give up?
