Chapter 203: You Look Like A Fucking Demon

"I don't bring death with me." Alaina grumbled quietly, not knowing herself whether she said that to him or to herself.

"Yeah, sure Chucky." He called her by that irritating name again though Alaina said nothing in return.

The entire time, Alaina couldn't stop her mind from going back to that scene she witnessed in the woods. All the dark blood, the pale slick body parts… what was that.

"What- What was that thing back there?" Alaina voiced her question distracted by the thoughts that said something wasn't right.

"What do you think that was? It was a fucking grizzly." Ivar replied in an 'obviously' manner. "Never seen one of those before, city girl?" he mocked at the end.

Alaina was thankful that he saved her life and all, but she was getting done with these remarks, they were annoying her seriously.
