Chapter 44: Early lunch

Luciana stared at Arlo unblinkingly for a few seconds, trying to process the funny information she had received. She was royalty now? She laughed. Why didn't she even think of that?

"Please don't call me that. It's ridiculous." She laughed again.

"I'm sorry princess, but I can't do otherwise."

Luciana laughed again. Now she was going to break Raziel's head for real.

"Since when did you know that we were married?"

Arlo scratched the back of his head sheepishly. "Since he asked Luke and I to look after you. I am sorry for not letting you know, we were only following his instructions. He wanted to be the one to tell you. He told only a few of us though."

Luciana nodded to herself. Even his soldiers knew she was married, and she didn't.

"Princess the prince asked me to invite you over for an early lunch. You skipped breakfast already."

Luciana was surprised. "Lunch? Did I wake up that late?" And that title still sounded very funny to her.
