Chapter 35: Does she love you too?

Sandra got home feeling fulfilled, she smiled widely. "Someone is happy" Laura muttered. Sandra was going to say something rude but she swallow it down and smiled instead.

"You can say that. Anyways, where is Alex?" She casually asked not wanting to raise suspicion.

"He is in his study doing with Dexter" Sandra nodded slowly. She looked around just to be sure no one was watching before saying

"Do you want to get out of here? I know you don't like it here and I don't like seeing you miserable. I spoke to Mason and he is willing to let you stay in his house"

Laura remembered the last time she tried running away, somebody died and she doesn't want that to happen again.

"I don't want to cause trouble Sandra, the last time I tried running away I was tortured, someone died because of me" she muttered looking at the door of Alex's study.
