Ability - Ignorance

Gives user ability to ignore anything form anoing kid in a bus to death. That ability can be passive, active, or both, it can also work like a switch so user can choose what is ignored passively and what isn't. If used creatively user can also ignore fact that he can't use other power and aue it, vanish someone from world by ignoring him.
