Chapter 146: An invitation.

The whole day at school I have been thinking about what Horii said to me and I'm still anxious about what's going to happen to me. Erii and Ryo don't need to know about it because I don't want them to feel anxious like I do.

Erii is walking next to me and we both are on our way home.

"Are you going to open the restaurant today?"

I look at her and nod.

"Yeah, but I don't think I will be able to serve anyone with a face like this. I will be cooking in the kitchen while Kureha or Arata will be serving at the counter."

Erii is humming with understanding.

"Hmm, how about Sando? Is he going to work today as well?"

I look at my phone and shrug.

"I'm not sure, he said that he's fine but her mother is forbidding him from going outside until he's fully recovered. I'm not sure if he's going to come today or not since he said that he will try to convince his mother to let him work tonight."
