Blind Villain: DC fanfic

Allen, an orphan that didn't know his last name or where he came from, found himself blind from an explosion, as he an orphan and needed work, he thought working for the joker would be good cash, until batman came and punched him over the rails and fell to the side oil barrels and a barrel of radioactive sewage, his gun went off and his the barrels and exploded, blind and with nobody in his life, he felt depressed, that was until the radiation in his cells started to mutate him.
