Synopsis
The MC was 25 years old man who is a type of otaku who can consume everything from military to magic occult. One day he got to an accident that cost him his life. It turns out, a god from other world are the perpetrator. The god told the MC that he want MC to help his world from an impending dissaster few years ahead.

I don't know if its a coincidence or not but there is a Hen*** with almost the same background (at least the part of the empires, the war, and the princesses), I just wanted to say that.
You realise your novel's name is totally false, right? M.C. didn't ' somehow ' get a cheat. It wasn't by luck or by chance. He blackmailed it from a god. Your first chapter title was named that. You were better of naming the book "God killed me so I'd reincarnate, so I blackmailed him for a cheat". That even sounds more interesting. And your chapters are like they're a draft for the real chapter you haven't written yet. You need to develop the characters, events, situations and plot more

MC is so OP I couldn't read past the 3rd chap. No suspense, seemingly nothing of value. Author didn't even try to 'blend the MC into the world.' Just BAM this world is mine! Might get better in future chaps, but really... I love OP MC's, but just handing the MC God status in Chap 2?
Where is the M.A.G.I.C. This is a World of Magic and he is only bring in Technology of the Modern World, so I ask again, WHERE IS THE MAGIC???????????
