Chapter 159: Endgame (1)- Waking Up

Hugo sat there in stunned silence for the next few minutes.

The news hit him like a truck. What did they mean by two weeks? Two weeks to find Vector? Two weeks to develop a counter-plague? Two weeks to completely destroy all currently existing Plague Monsters?

That wasn't what any of them said. He heard them correctly.

"What the fuck do you mean by two weeks?!" He yelled jumping out of his seat. His eyebrows had twisted into a furious knot and several creases had appeared on his forehead, making his attractive face look quite ugly.

Physician sighed and took another cigarette out of his pocket, having finished the first one. He lit this one and took another smoke out of it before deciding to answer Hugo.
