The Vassal Guilds searched the entire fifth floor for Arash but they couldn't find him. 

The fifth floor was vast. It was like a world in itself. There were many unexplored places that even the strongest players would have hesitated in entering. They were the best places to hide, but the Vassal Guilds were unaware if Raven was actually hiding in one such place. 

For them, it would've been impossible for Raven to get far since the dead bodies were still fresh.
