The Mermaid was stabbed through the chest, her heart shattering like it was made from crystals. Her force faded as her blood merged with the water in the surroundings. 

The Mermaid's lifeless body started sinking in the water, her once vibrant tail floating lifelessly behind her. The ocean seemed to mourn her loss, waves crashing against one another as if in anguish.
