"yeah ok kid just listen the guy, officer James, the one that kid your parents went to prison and was stabbed to death the same day. That was me." Colm says

"but anyway the day after officer James died I was noticing that the station was really focused on your neighborhood"

"look I understand that you have had an unfortunate life and tbh what's happened here at this kids house is not my concern, but I promised that I would make sure that you got a good home" Colm says

Colm carries JJ out of Tyrone's house and puts him in the passenger seat of his car
"look to be completely honest your a prime suspect in many crimes and now so am I so you'll just have to stay with me" Colm says
