Chapter 4: Escaping Dark Nebula
"What...?"
Ryu was shocked.
How couldn't he? After all, his attack was stopped as if it was nothing.
"So, this is your level of power, heh?"
Ryu heard Ryuga speaking and then after looking at him, he could see the sneer on his face.
"Do you know why will lose?"
Ryu remained silent. Since he couldn't defeat Ryuga even after exposing his strength he knew he had to escape.
"It seems you don't understand why you lost. So, let me enlighten you. First, you are too arrogant to challenge me. Secondly, it's instict. A younger brother can never surpass the older one. Finally, you think relying purely on your bey's abilities and power will make you the strongest. tch. Buzz off, loser"
Ryu just stood there with a bewildered expression not knowing what to say.
" What happened? Cat got your tongue? Well, doesn't matter."
Ryu was starting to get nervous, the only way he could escape is by distracting Ryuga and running as fast as possible

Ryu could be seen camping in the middle of the forest.
He was covered in a lot of bruises and his hand seemed a little limp as if he couldn't move it as well as before.
Ryu decided he would stay in the forest and after the searches for him calm down, he will visit either team Hwa who zuan (the chinese team) or team Excaliber for protection.
After all, Dark Nebula was a huge organization with a lot of money and deep connections. If he was careless, it was a matter of time before they find him.
He could show his worth by making their beys and essentially his their strength evolve.
This way, he wouldn't need to be afraid of Dark Nebula and could roam around freely.

Before that though, he has to heal up.
