Chapter 38: /38/ Olena's cottage

Speeding through the woods alongside Taffi and twelve knights, Sania wasn't sure how far they had gone. As the sky got darker, the moon illuminated their path, but Sania got tired soon.

She wasn't used to riding a horse for that long, and also couldn't tell how well Charlotte was taking the situation.

"You look tired," Taffi commented when he noticed her slow down so much with Charlotte.

"I am," she admitted, hoping that they might catch a break. Taffi stopped his horse and raised his hand signaling the others to stop as well.

"Only one or two more hours and we'll be at Olena's cottage, we can rest there and continue tomorrow morning if you want?" He said and there was murmuring amongst the guards.

"Who's that?" Sania inquired.

"Just an old friend who lives in the woods, she's not the nicest person you'd ever meet, but she's open to let us sleep at her place tonight and we'll leave before dawn," Taffi explained.
