Chapter 119: Abigail's Statement

In Chief Jimmy Hendrick's office, 

After hearing Abigail's statement, Jimmy expressed his regret, "I'm genuinely sorry for what happened to you, Miss Snow. " 

Finding out someone tried to rape her, and the man who did it was now suing her and even offering her a five-million-dollar settlement to drop his lawsuit, made him furious. 

"Don't worry, I will bring justice for you, Miss Snow!" Jimmy promised. 

"Thank you, sir." After completing her statement, Abigail felt relieved. However, she was exhausted and no longer had energy. 

Abigail wanted to go home now to eat and rest, but she suddenly remembered something before asking permission to leave. 

"Mr. Hendrick, I want to report how your officer treated me like a criminal. They forcefully took my bag, and I discovered they opened it without my permission." Abigail was distraught with Hubner's treatment of her.
