Chapter 1: Break up

"WELL FUCK YOU, YOU SLUT! HOW ABOUT YOU GO AND CHOKE ON THAT MAN'S DICK LIKE YOU DO EVERY NIGHT!" Atlas shouted at his mother.

Atlas was a beast of a man. If anyone saw him then they would agree that he was truly deserving of the name Atlas. The man was dark skinned and reached an incredible height of 7 feet tall with bulging muscles that could not be contained by the shirt he was wearing. He had a small moustache and long violet hair that was tied into a bun. Usually it reached his waist when it was not in a bun. Atlas's eyes were red like a river of blood. They looked like the devils. As terrifying as it was he was wearing contacts and that was not his actual eyes.

"DON'T YOU DARE TALK TO YOUR MOTHER LIKE THAT!" A small white man shouted at Atlas. The man was quite courageous as anyone who saw Atlas would be trembling in their shoes and be apologising a thousand times over. Truly only fools were worthy of the title of brave.

Atlas stepped up to the man and towered over him. The small man with the balding head did not even flinch. He showed no signs of fear.

"Or what big man? What are you going to do?" Atlas asked in a soft menacing voice. His breathing was like that of a wild boar. Hot, musty and nerve wrenching and yet despite that the small man was still not scared.

"Get out before I call the cops.!" he replied. Those words set Atlas of.

"CALL THE POLICE! ON ME! THIS IS MY MOTHER'S HOUSE! YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS INTRUDING HERE! YOU AND YOUR SKANK DAUGHTERS WHO DO NOTHING BUT LINES OF COKE AND SUCK DICK! YOU SHOULD BE THE ONE GETTING OUT!" Atlas's voice kept rising. It was already loud but it only kept increasing in volume.

The small man reached into his pocket and pulled out a phone. Atlas gnashed his teeth and grabbed the phone out of the man's hand before crushing it with his bare hands.

"Don't try me Jamie, I swear to God... I have been looking for a reas-"

SMACK!

A hand flew through the air and slapped Atlas on the cheek. He looked at who it was only to see that it was his mother. She was incredibly angered but he could also see the tears in her eyes. Atlas could see his three step sisters and younger brother. They all sat on the couch trying not to get involved. They were either looking at the floor or at the wall as they did not want to get involved in any way.

If a pack of dogs decided to get involved in a fight between two hyenas and a tiger then they would only be searching for death.

"What was that for?" Atlas asked. He relaxed all of his muscles as he had no intention of intimidating his mother. What kind of man would do that? Intimidate the woman who raised him? His mother was a beautiful woman. She had flawless dark skin with long braided hair. She wore a simple nightgown that only brought out her beauty even further.

"Go upstairs to your room" she whispered.

Atlas stared at her for a few seconds before turning his back on her and leaving the house. He could hear his mother calling him to come back and his step father's voice telling her to let him go. Atlas started jogging and soon his jogging turned into a sprint. A tear.slowly rolled down his cheek as he ran.

_____

Atlas sat on the swing at his local park. He swung himself on the swing as he smoked a joint and drank a small can of soda. He looked at the big blue button on the cracked screen of his phone.

PUBLISH

That is what it said. He had already published the two of the three final chapters to the light novel he had been writing for the past two years. Ever since he was seventeen he had been writing and posting his stories. After two long years he had written the final chapter on his light novel.

Atlas saved the chapter but did not post it. He checked the comments section of his light novel. He smiled as he looked at the comment as some of them were really funny. The comment section practically looked like this.

FIRST!

NO ONE CARES IF YOUR FIRST!

SEEMS LIKE YOU DO!

I LOVE THIS NOVEL SO MUCH! I'M JUST SAD THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE CHAPTER LEFT! I REALLY HOPE THE AUTHOR GIVES US A FEW SIDE STORIES AFTER HE POST THE LAST CHAPTER!

MATE I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE ON BUT THIS NOVEL IS TRASH! LAZY WORLD BUILDING! TERRIBLE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT EXCEPT FOR THE MAIN CHARACTER! EVEN WORSE VILLAIN! TERRIBLE PACING!

SHUT UP BOZO! GET RATIOED! L!

Atlas chuckled. The comments section was really funny for him. For over two years he had been building a fanbase that was stronger than any piece of metal.

Atlas looked at the stats of his light novel.

Title: Journey to ultimate power.

Chapters:732

Words: 1,523,987

Rating: 4.9

Status: Ongoing.

Atlas took a hit from the joint before finally posting the final chapter and changing the status of the book to complete.

"Now I rest!" Atlas said. He turned of his phone and put it in his pocket. He flicked the joint as it was finished and sipped on the can of soda as he swung himself on the swing.

It would take quite a while before the Mary Jane kicked in due to his body size. He weighed in at 120 kilograms. (264 pounds for all you uncultured Americans.)

Atlas swung himself for quite a while. He did not really swing himself in the first place at all as it was just him moving in the first place. The swing would actually break if he tried swinging in the first place.

Atlas stood up and decided to walk around the park for quite some time until the Mary Jane kicked in.

Had Atlas known what would happen to him then he would have stayed at home instead!
