OZAR
Five days passed and the game was just setting its goals. At the Ozar, Lydia and Lama were still on the case of the intruders. They were still interrogating him.
The soldier they kept in their custody once vanished.
Lama quickly change her gesture. Her eyes turned red, following to her hair which suddenly change to a long pleated braid . She cut her left hand to sprinkle some blood on the last soldier dust which was starting to vanish.
As soon as her blood touched the dust on the floor the intruders body starts to re incarnate
" It worked" Layla tied his again. This time she was pissed.
"What kind of magic is this, Lama. Looks dangerous"
" This man is from Ezra" Lama grips his hand concentrating more trying to see his life.
She gets into the man vision. The man was walking in Ezra palace. He couldn't look at the man in front of him. As he slowly shift his head to face the man in front of him she went blind. A powerful force pushed her out of the men's life.
"This man is from Ezra" Lama was breathing heavily.
" Who was that man " as Lama was trying to get more information from him he fainted
Lama vision increased the tention between their relationship with Ezra. So in their minds Ezra was now their enemy and they need to find him.
Lama is a goddess in magic. Unlike her sister Layla. She was born with a gift of many things. While she was growing up. Their parents used to count on every magic that she do but as time passes,they realized that her magics were not predictable.
Sometimes she couldn't repeat what she did. She was good in martial arts but not as Layla.
To Layla, fighting it's a piece of cake.
As days passed by the intruder was tortured merciless but didn't dare, to say anything.
Lydia and Lama didn't alter anything even to the king. So, only the two of them knew where they were hiding the man who was trying to kill them. Lydia and Lama hide the man in a secret cave, full of red and black candles.
The weird man on the floor, still bleeding, gave an uneasy shock to ladies. Lama tried all her magic but failed. She failed to do one thing, and they had no idea what to do. Lydia light up the candle at the idol. The idol of Mirma, standing firm and strong. In hand of was a sword and the other hand on her back .
It is believed that Mirma was the first to rule the kingdom of Ozar with law and punishment on every crime. We believe that all her punishment were full of truth, honesty and dignity. Not to mention the peace she settled at all 5 tribe kingdoms which were shading blood, generation after generation. She was given an honourable burial repaying her for good deeds.
EZRA
On the day of the party Hazel was too tired. She have been sleeping the whole day. She even skip all the meals of the day. No one came to check on her, not like they care. Her brother, Ephraim was too busy making arrangement for the party. The Queen and princes Victoria were busy on the kitchen. They invited princes Layla and princes Anna to help them. It's a long tradition that they should be at least two members from different royal families. This was to reduce the conflict and intentional crime.
At the same party Layla and Lama came with two agendas.
Ephraim was too busy but he didn't totally forget Hazel. He rush to her room. '' can l come in'' Ephraim said barging into Hazel chamber not waiting for the maid permission. In condition of the room, Ephraim was shocked he opened windows for fresh air.
' l cant believe this Hazel how can you sleep the whole day '
Ephraim was taken by the beauty of his sister, he was staring at Hazel who was sleeping like a baby.
Ephraim was brought back by Hazel coughs. He gave her a glass of water. '' you must be tired'' Ephraim
'' yes Ephraim, that new trainer, father has appointed is no joke'' Hazel said waking up from her bed.
'You mean, your new trainer'' Ephraim
'Yes brother. He has been making my life so miserable. He is rude, arrogant, mean, evil,he never smiles always serious. He has a grump face. I have been enduring pain brother. Thanks to this party, he gave me an off day. Where did father get him by the way?
''can you describe him'' Ephraim was concerned
'' tall, long white hair, all in black and brown eyes'' At least that's what Hazel saw. But the real him, was behind that mask
'' any idea, do you know him'' Hazel face looks more relaxed. '' he looks more like a handsome villain.' talking to herself
'' l don't know, but what l know is you must be getting ready for the party'' Ephraim said standing up from the chair he was sitting.
'' no excuses, am coming to fetch you and Victoria.'' Ephraim said retreating
The evening came too soon. Princes Victoria appointed one of her maids to lead Layla and Anna to their respective rooms to prepare for the party. When Lama arrived at the Ezra castle she was directed to the same room Layla was. No one suspected that she came with a hidden agenda also like her sister, they assume that she came for her sister and also they are known as crazy sisters. Lama and Layla are always side by side. Some rumours say that they were caught having intimacy . Which is forbidden.
After Ephraim left the room Hazel told Tamar to prepare decent dresses. Not that she cared for fancy like her sister Victoria, also she didn't have time to prepare since she was busy in hell with the devil. Hazel took her time bathing. When she get back to her room, three ladies were waiting for her. One holding a new royal blue silk gown and gold ribbon, the second holding a basket of fancy lotions and oil, the last girl was placing two coated boxes. '' and who are you? Hazel asked.
'' from the King's chamber.'' the girl in blond hair replied giving her a torpid smile. However she looked more like a soldier. She was tall and firm. She replied turning to face where the voice was coming.
'From my father's chamber? Did the Queen change her maids again?'
It's not a new thing. The Queen change her maids every month. So it's not a surprise her. What is is that she sends a fancy dress for Hazel which was something.
Hazel accepts their company not like she have power to turn them down. Hazel preferred her hair in a ponytail and that's what she ordered.
Hazel was made into a heavenly angel. '' my lady'' the girl in blonde hair '' can you choose your necklace'' she added opening two boxes
As Hazel's eyes catch the beautiful necklaces she was blank. Not knowing which one to choose. However she took the one matching with her dress. As the girls leave, Hazel took a few steps to her balcony to catch some fresh air.
'wow, she looks more beautiful than ever ' Ephraim muttered under his breath. His way of admiring was far beyond ordinary. Not knowing where this selfish sense come but he needs to change his thinking starting from the way he looks at her.
'' l have to say my lady you look so beautiful'' Ephraim said showing a wide smile. Hazel take a few steps towards him with a smile on her face. '' thank you and you too my prince''
Ephraim and Hazel were heading to the hall where the party was taking place. At the entrance the king was waiting for them along with Queen and Princes Victoria. They were supposed to be the first to enter inside the hall but now they are last in call. The Ezra's were entering using the inside door, since they were the co-host. As Hazel and Ephraim were getting close, descending the stairs, the king was taken by her daughter's beauty. All the anger that he has for making them wait disappeared. All he said was '' you are looking more like your mother dear'' this was another way of telling her you are beautiful, also that was the first time he mentioned Hazel's mother. With those words the Queen was about to explode with anger.
Chapter 5: Chapter 5- The royalties
Master of Ceremony '' and now the best of the best, you know we always save the best at last. THE EZRA'S'' as the Ezra's were coming. The king and Queen clocking each other. Ephraim with his two sisters side by side. Everyone's eyes land on the two princess and Ephraim who was receiving jealousy eyes.
Invited people from the village were clapping at the far end. Only the royals were sitting at table in front of the hall.
As they sit at their reserved places, Hazel was feeling strange. Someone was still looking at her and this person was close. She looked at the person next to her and surprisingly it was Steven. In her mind Hazel thought he was a secret guard, so she relaxed but not for long she stared at him once again to be sure and it was him.
'' clapping and shouting from the audience.
Master of Ceremony '' we want to know our royals as l call your name, l request you do the honour to stand''
The master of ceremony called all the royals. From the kingdom of ADER all of them, from the king to his four wives and twelve kids. Five daughters and seven sons. All in red and gold.
The MAGAD from the king with his three wives and eight royals. Five royal princesses and three royal princes. These royals were taking fashion to another since majority were ladies.
The OZAR's from the king with his two wives and five children. Four daughters and one son. King Balam, the king stand and gave a small smile which he was faking.
' are all king heartless, he seems to be like my father' Hazel said to herself.
MC continues ''First queen, Queen Caroline'' she pleasantly gave a wave. ''Princess Lydia or some prefer Layla'', she smiles while standing. ''Princess Lama'', she stands and wave.
'' her highness the beauty which takes the king heart our second queen, Queen Eliza'' Queen Eliza stands and gave a warm smile than any queen. '' Princess Ayesha, princes Layla the second and Prince Michael'' they all stand at the same time waving to the crowd.
Hazel senses a little bit of incoming tension between Princess Lama, Layla and Victoria. Princess Victoria did not even flinch. Her eyes were on both of them.
'' from the land GIDEON king Herman'' as the king stand the crowd go crazy, he was old but still handsome but his misfortune to have at least two wives. They say that his tribe chiefs refuse him to add more than two wives but rumour says that he has a dozen of children, within his kingdom and some outside Gideon. '' first Queen, queen Nersha'' the most beautiful queen from them all but how ever she was seen as a crazy queen. No one listen to her except her son. Some rumours says she is a witch and some say she is demon possessed. She stands and wave the crowd and her colleagues at the table. '' Prince Simon'' A.K.A Steven stands with no smile shown on his face. The crowd went crazy on him ,especially ladies at the table. All princess want him. No lady could refuse his charming handsome face he inherited from his father even some man wish they have a glimpse of him and others were jealousy especially Ephraim.
'' so now he is a prince'' Hazel murmured.
While Simon was taking his sit he noticed that Hazel was not just looking at him, she was cursing too. All princess at the table were starring at Simon and whispering to each other.
'' prince Amon'' the little handsome stand just like his brother no smile at all.
''princess Annabel'' like mother like daughter. '' now the second queen, Queen Tabeth with prince Roshan and Princess Rose''
'' now, our king, from the mother land, our goddess Mirma, lets welcome king Sheba of EZRA'' not a normal craziness but all people stand with respect, shouting and clapping for him, including the royalties were bowing before him . King Sheba bowed elegantly and sat. ''And lastly Queen Dorah with prince Ephraim, Princess Victoria and princess Lucia'' All four rise, same to other who were bowing before them.
Not sure to smile or wave Hazel did none. She just stand from her chair and sit down. Since Hazel's mother was no more she was introduced as Lady Dorah's second daughter. Princess Victoria and prince Ephraim.
'' today we gather to celebrate life, peace, joy and justice between us. Let the harmony flow. Open up your heart and forget all the worries. As we feast let the show begin'' as the master of ceremony said the dancers and musicians come in to give a show.
As food was served at the table ,Hazel was just agitated not knowing why. She was pissed, on the other side was her brother Ephraim and on the other Simon aka Steven. ' if l can just eat and leave this place just as the dance starts' Hazel said to herself and she started filling her plate with food. Simon was just observing her every move.
Hazel filled her plate with meat and salads.
''by the way who is the crazy princess l heard about'' Lama asked looking at Victoria who was already pissed at her.
Victoria wanted to sit between Ephraim and Simon to get more attention.
''yes tell us, l heard she tried to commit suicide'' Lama continued looking at Victoria who was looking at her,then at Hazel.
'' and that too, for a palace servant, a low class man. What a small minded, good for nothing princes'' Lama started laughing and everyone join her except for Ephraim and Simon who were not interested.
Hazel stopped eating. While everyone was laughing she was filled with anger. She started scrunching her eye brows together
. ' l wish l could woop your ass' she cursed her underneath.
Ephraim was worried about her. Let alone Hazel was about to explode with anger. She dropped her fork, wanting to leave the table that instant. But, as Simon noticed that, he put his hand on her thighs. Even though she wanted to leave, she could not.
''relax Hazel that's what they want'' Simon whispered. All the anger that she felt throughout her entire body vanish.
'did l just hear him calling me Hazel?' Hazel was surprised.
Hazel couldn't not let that pass. She remembers about one crazy rumor of her." If l say that it will be disrespectful but what can I lose except my honor that she just ruined'
Hazel decide to explode on her not caring about the punishment or her father .
'' oh, l almost forgot aren't you not the one of the two princes l heard were sleeping together. All my goodness. What an awful obsession you have. Having sex with your own sister.'' Hazel make a small laugh.
