Ned expected some resistance after leaving the camp. But no. Not even one warranted his attention. After all, he made sure to leave the camp with little to fewer appearances with him wearing the featureless mask of Kurashinpi and Silk Road transformed into a much less identifiable black suit. The tattered lace of the Silk Road wavered as Ned jumped from tree to tree after he successfully left the camp. Not even Claurette managed to grab his attention.

Ned pulled the display of ICE and opened a tab of the map she had masterfully created from gathered sources and by using Ned's memory from it. In his display, his mana bar was blinking according to the amount of mana he was absorbing and filtering. It was slow, indeed, but warranted him a steady source of mana reserve.
