Chapter 50: Don Cerino!

Arslan arrived at the meeting spot, it was a warehouse heavily guarded by Don Cerino's men. The guards, alert and vigilant, stood everywhere, around the perimeter and some were on the roofs, ready to respond to any threat.

They were the men of Don Cerino, the undisputed ruler of Harlem's underworld, who had his fingers in every pie in these parts of the big apple. From narcotics and gambling to prostitution and even street vendors who had almost nothing to do with the underworld, nothing escaped his grasp as he made sure to take a cut off everything.
