author didn't have good knowledge concept of astrology difference between distance of star system-star system and galaxy-galaxy is very immense do you even know how many star system do milky way is or even any other galaxy it's so immense Between 200 and 400 billion stars in the Milky Way, with many of these stars likely being part of multiple-star systems. - Approximately 100 billion to 200 billion star systems, considering that some stars are solitary, while others are part of binary, triple, or even more complex systems. Interstellar Distances 1. *Nearest star to the Sun*: Proxima Centauri is about 4.24 light-years away. 2. *Average distance between stars*: In the Milky Way's disk, stars are typically separated by about 4-20 light-years. 3. *Distance between star clusters*: Star clusters, like the Pleiades, can be separated by around 100-1,000 light-years. 4. *Galactic scale*: The Milky Way's diameter is approximately 100,000 light-years. Nearest neighbor*: The average distance to the nearest neighboring galaxy is around 10-20 million light-years. 2. *Galaxy clusters*: Galaxies within a cluster are typically separated by 1-10 million light-years. 3. *Field galaxies*: Galaxies outside of clusters, known as field galaxies, are usually separated by 10-100 million light-years.

The universe is based 100% on stellaris. they do give nice emotions to some civ based on crisis and Fallen empire of the game, like giving a good representation of the ethics and such. I love how they show interraction between the civilization too. Also the politic in the novel is amusing. It is just the translation is dragging it down. So many term in the game not being translated correctly.

Among the interstellar scifi I've read, this novel ranks at the top. I am currently only at the first few chapters and it makes me look forward to what other curiosities the author could think up about possible life and phenomenon is out there. My only gripe is how GALAXY keeps getting misused. It's so stupid to read about another galaxy inside the Milky Way Galaxy. It's a freaking STAR SYSTEM and not a galaxy. The Solar System is a Star System, the Bott 'galaxy' is a Star System; it is so stupid to read about a 'galaxy' that only has a few planets in it. It is very taxing to keep rereading just to make sure I am really reading about a galaxy and not just another star system.

The story is okay. In fact, this kind of space exploration and technological discovery is something I'd like to have more of. The most irritating problem of this story is the fact that the translator apparently doesn't know how to differentiate between a star system, a galaxy, a star cluster and the void between stars. These words are just thrown around arbitrarily without fitting the context. I've been told that in the raws the terminology is apparently used correctly, so the translator is at fault.

I really like this story. I'm a huge fan of Stellaris. It makes me want to play it again. The only reason I don't give 5 stars though is the translation issue with the words universe, galaxy, star systems, stars, and planets being constantly used wrong. It's annoying to have to constantly stop reading to figure out when it says galaxy it went star system and such. If he could just fix that one issue that is throughout the whole book so far (I'm only at Ch 25 so far) then I would have given it 5 stars. I can't wait to read more, I just wish the editor would do a better job.

My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, 'If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately.'. Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized what exactly was at stake. He gave it up immediately. Three years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and destroyed me. My mother said to me- 'Don't ever smoke. Please don't put your family through what your Grandfather put us through." I agreed. At 28, I have never touched a cigarette. I must say, I feel a very slight sense of regret for never having done it, because this novel gave me cancer anyway.

A overall good read. But the translator don’t care about the readers and make simple and obvious translation mistakes all the time, he mistakes galaxy with solar system all the time… 😅

I've been reading this book for the last few days and have a few things to say or add onIt seems this book is based off Stellaris, a game made by Paradox Interactive about Interstellar civilizations. Megacorps, Synthetic Civilizations, Hiveminds and regular Militaristic Empire make this evident- with references to lore significant ONLY to the game making it even more so.Bao - Baol from Stellaris, it's a plant hivemind race that almost went extinct by the hand of another race. In this book, instead of being almost instinct humanity gave it sentience- they 2 share the same abilities however of terraforming worlds into Gaia worlds.Czero and Czeros - Zro and Zroni, this is basically a 1:1 copy from the game itself, except the Zroni transformed themselves into Zro to fight off intergalactic invaders. They eventually killed themselves off to prevent the death of their galaxy, as their continued use of The Shroud [where the Zroni got their Psionic powers- and where the Czeros invaded] threatened to expand the black hole in the middle of the galaxy.Stellar Devourer - The Stellar Devourer is a Leviathan [large star-sized creature] that devoures [duh] stars. In this novel and the game, the difference only occurs in the technologies given [In the game, only a celebration is given as well as maybe some sorta benefit- in the book, the miniature devourers and improved star lifespan is researchable]I'll be adding more references as time goes on- so I'm rating this near the top so others can see this.

Decent. It's a translated novel so there are some mistakes in translation. One of the biggest being calling star systems "galaxy", sure you can guess which is which in context but sometimes it's hard to find out if it means galaxy or star system.

A surprisingly solid novel that takes inspiration from the game Stellaris. If you’ve played Stellaris, long story short is that you isekai into the machine intelligence of a fallen empire, and now are navigating the universe as a fallen empire, dealing with threats such as the Grey Tempest etc

Amazing story and world development as well as characters and technology. I only have small minor problems with the story, the first one is the translation errors which causes a lot of confusion. In the beginning it's only simple he, she, and some misspellings but it gets more confusing later on when they randomly referring to everything as a "galaxy" the for example Milky Way is a galaxy (the one we're in) but in the novel the bad translation refers to everything as a galaxy, a solar system? Its a"galaxy", a planet? It's a "galaxy", a small civilzation that conquered a couple planets or solar systems? They "they control/own multiple galaxies" and you know they are mid translations or simple lack of knowledge from the author because so far where I'm at (chap 87) the story is all based in only the Milky Way and they mention it multiple times so are you telling me each civilization only lives in a small corner of the Milky Way, have no way of leaving the Milky Way, but still have conquered multiple "galaxies"???? The second thing is the character development the characters arent really given much depth other than humans and the mc literally does nothing most the story except go around in a research ship looking for knowledge about humans

Pretty okay for a CN Novel. Don't expect some extraordinary story or something. Story is very inspired by Stellaris, which makes some things better to understand. MC acts somewhat out of character, but it is negligible and won't ruin the story totally. If you're okay with mediocre CN novels, this is the thing for you, if you expect high quality Sci-fi, don't waste you money on this. Go pirate it or something.

It's very well written, few grammar mistakes. But the story is at first very fast paced but after some time it's just Mc looking for knowledge and some random povs of some aliens with almost no impact like that one that achieved the downloading of consciousness but randomly died because of some anti virus Programm. About personality: Mc is very cautious and acts like a normal ai without feelings and with focus on progress. World building is very nice but mc gets strong fast but then just stops. The size of things is really huge which I personally like. The only thing that bothers me is that the classifications of technology levels is wrong like level 10 civilization technology. Based on the real theory humanity only was a level 3 civilization which is in the novel considered the highest. There are some technologies that could be lvl 4 or 5 but that's the limit I'd say. Only if dimensions don't refer to alternate universes while that also would be weird as they fought with aliens from different dimensions while maybe being a lvl 3 civilization. It would be nice if there'd be action from mcs side. He just watches and does nothing waiting for buildings. This ain't clash of clans I hope.

Good story, but sometimes the translation hurts. Especially the fact that the word Galaxy replaces Solar System very regularly (among other things), which caused me quite a few misunderstandings at the beginning of my reading. Very Stellaris-inspired, sometimes very much like fan fiction (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). The universe and laws are modified and interpreted by the author, while remaining logical overall. I just find that on the geo-political level, we remain very much on the surface, the author could have dug a little deeper into the subject. I sometimes feel like I'm reading summaries of Stellaris games. Too bad there's not more Warhammer 40k inspiration, even if Stellaris is inspired by it, that would have been a pretty cool tool for the author to play with. Another thing, this is personal, but I'd have liked to see more interractions with the other, younger civilizations and with the characters the MC meets at the beginning. Overall, for fans of the genre, this is a good read.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars for Character design. The Mc is out here giving away his secrets for free and proving himself when there is no need to. And also giving leeway and negotiating for things that are 'his' with his over inflated Hero Conplex. Way to go CN Mcs. I'm honestly impressed with the Author's ability to ruin such an interesting story idea.

Honestly this is such a good novel compared to the rest of the Chinese trash on here. The background of our mc is well thought out and the way in which is everything is revealed in bits and pieces is just sublime. Wonderful writing, good pace on story progression, and the side characters are pretty fleshed out. Well, most of them anyways. The beginning was a little off putting (for me) but it honestly got better every chapter. I’m currently at chapter 243 and I can’t stop reading. I hope you consider my opinion even if it’s a little biased considering I haven’t encountered many good sci-fi/interstellar novels
