Chapter 42: MY APARTMENT

Abigail was silent at first, though she was surprised, 'Why go to his apartment?' Abigail asked herself inside. She didn't want to voice out her thoughts but curiosity got the best of her.

"Why are we going to your apartment?"Abigail asked and she saw the annoyed look that was on Xavier's face. It made her regret asking.

Xavier sighed at first and opened his eyes, he looked at the girl for a while before he then spoke in a slow tone.

"Because I want us to go there" Xavier answered and was about to close his eyes when he saw Abigail's lips part getting ready to ask another question so he quickly shut her up and said.

"Abigail enough with the questions" Xavier said pleadingly and placed his palm over his eyes and went quiet.
