Chapter 49: CLOTHES

"Was that miss Abigail?" Rebecca asked as she took a sip from her coffee. She had overheard the conversation between Mr Go and her boss. She heard enough to now understand what was happening.

"Yeah, she said she will be here in an hour time" Kai said with a heavy sigh as he placed his cellphone back on the table.

"I'll better get going then" Rebecca said as she got up from her chair.

"Thank you" Kai said with a genuine smile on his lips as he looked at her. Rebecca also returned his smile with hers as she walked out of Laura's Cafe.

On her way out she bumped into a red haired lady who was walking in.

"Watch where you re going" She heard the lady say rudely before walking past her.

Rebecca wanted to reply to the lady's words but she chose to ignore her and just left the Cafe.

"What do you want again?" Kai asked when he saw the red haired lady that had come into the cafe take Rebecca's sit right next to his.
