Chapter 68: CALL ME MUM

"You need to stop doing that" Abigail said as she walked away from Xavier and turned to the door. But her mum had come in already with a huge smile on her lips.

"Here you go Xavier, these are a little big but I'm sure they will do for tonight" Her mum said as she handed the folded clothes to Xavier.

Xavier looked at the clothes on the lady's hand for a while before he stretched his hand out and accepted it.

"Thank you ...." Xavier said as he paused in his words. He didn't know how to address her, calling her ma'am would be too formal and not saying anything at all would be rather disrespectful.

"You could call me mum dear" Abi's mum said as she smiled but Xavier didn't respond to her words.
