Saleen's six shards of Eternal Control had been completely refined. Saleen was gaining a deeper understanding and awareness towards such things. Not only was Eternal Control manipulated by mental strength, it was also connected to the soul. His mental strength would determine how many creatures he could command in battle at one go while his soul would determine how many souls he could control in total.
