Synopsis
"Do you think you can replace me as the CEO of this company? That's a joke! I built this business from the ground up, and I won't let some inexperienced upstart take it away from me!"
Akito Yamamura had always been determined to succeed in the world of martial arts, but his humble beginnings meant that he had to work twice as hard as others to make his dreams a reality. However, when he discovered Wong Corp, a unique workplace unlike any other, Akito found a way to combine his love for combat with his need for a steady income.
The company offered "The Pit," a weekly martial arts competition where fighters could showcase their skills and win prizes. But the stakes were high, and the competition was fierce, with the winner moving up the ranks to eventually face off against the company's CEO, Jiro Kim. However, Jiro didn't take kindly to newcomers, and Akito soon found himself facing off against the powerful CEO, who was determined to maintain his hold over the company.
Despite the challenges, Akito refused to give up, and he continued to train hard every Friday to prepare for the weekly competitions. And while his ultimate goal was to defeat Jiro and take his place as the CEO, the road ahead was filled with obstacles and uncertainties. Would Akito be able to rise to the challenge and achieve his dreams, or would Jiro's power prove too great to overcome? Only time would tell.

Write a reviewI love these kind of novels. Too bad there aren't more of them. It's always nice to see a blend of non-linear topics with very linear things like fighting and stuff. Martial arts is always a win, but even better if the author can describe the martial art moves in more detail. There's a lot of potential for this to only continuously get better!
Great potential for this story, the story has lots of potential and the idea is great, love the action sequences and will love the future of this story
Hey, let me say I am addicted. I loved Akito’s character. Liking the development of story so far. Book really has potential. Can’t wait to read more.
This novel is an interesting take on business and moving from weak to strong. Hard work pays off and this is the case here. Title is attention catching, so if the author keep going, then this can be a hit
It's new concept for me. I had never read any stories with this kind of potential. I would like to ask you to upload more. Very interesting! Keep going author. You got another fan. 👍😊
I'm genuinely excited to see how Akito's journey unfolds in the upcoming chapters. The way the story is written with frequent cliffhangers is really effective in keeping the reader engaged and eager to continue reading. I'm a big fan of this style of writing, and it's great to see it executed so well. 👏👏👏👏
So far this has been a very interesting read with an incredibly refreshing twist of martial arts stories by mixing it in with a more modern financial world. The fact that not everyone can be solved just by beating someone else up really helps ground the world and help lead the story in a compelling direction overall a great story with a lot of potential and I cant wait to read more in the future!
A very compelling and intriguing story, I would say. Not to mention that the three dimensional character of the ML makes the story more immersive, the mystery in-between the words also makes the story a page turner.

The novel is a thrilling read that kept me on the edge of my seat. From the very beginning, the story grabbed my attention and held it throughout every chapter. This is a classic novel about hard work and perseverance in the face of adversity. The author does an excellent job of immersing the reader in the world of martial arts and corporate competition.
