Sabrina convinced Simeon that it was the perfect time.
The perfect time for them to get married.
Together, they raised their heads to confront Nicholas.
It took them a long time to argue.
"Grandpa, why don't you let them do what they want?" Amanda interrupted.
All eyes laid on her as she sat on the opposite side and watched them.
"Amanda, what do you mean?" Nicholas softened a bit.
Simeon's mind lit up an idea.
He looked at Sabrina who was also thinking the same thing.
'Great timing Amanda.' He thought.
"I mean that if that's what they want, just let them be. They're old enough for that and you're too old to get stressed in that old argument." Amanda waved her hand casually,
"Father, you heard what Amanda said?" Simeon pleaded,
"We beg you, sir. It's not only for us, but for the kids. Do you not feel depressed on Amanda's state without a mother in her life? All these years I've did my best to nourish them and educate them properly as a loving mother would do. The only wish I had is to be part of the family, is that too much to ask?" Sabrina said with tears.
'Aw, not bad Miss Actress.' Amanda anticipated.
"Grandpa, she does have a reason. I know you're worrying about some things, but at least let them have their wish even for once. After that, we'll worry about business later." Amanda convinced Nicholas.
'Business? Does she mean...' Nicholas realized.
He thought Amanda had gone mad, but now.
'Heh, Simeon and Sabrina, you do know you should make decisions wisely. If you still had luck to remember the contract, then you still had a chance. After all, I've been merciful to you days before. You're all wrapped around my finger if I'd wanted it to end fast. I still have time, so I will make you savor my wrath.'
Amanda smirked as she emailed the design of her outfit to Vidia for the upcoming event.
"Fine, do what you want." Nicholas sighed,
"Thank you, Father!" Simeon lit up.
"The wedding day will be Friday next week. I'll be honored to help with the preparations." Nicholas fumed.
"You didn't have to,
father. But thank you." Simeon hugged him.
