Maris's whole body shivered walking closer to the shrine, and the curtains covered around them flew by the chilled breeze surrounding the damp ground. He proceeds towards the shrine, and with every step, he can feel his feet refusing to walk further; the fear of getting punished is stopping him from walking any further, but he has no choice but to go to his father.

Maris takes a deep breath before reaching out for the bell, grabs it, gives it a little shake, and it makes the sound, of the owls sleeping beside the shrine hooting and staring back at him. He calmly places the bell on the side and looks around, surrounded by the owls.

The owls hooted at him, but in a split second, he vanished into a dark room filled with smoke. He tried to keep calm and walked forward towards the light shining down at him.

"Father," Maris calls for Maurice, while his eyes turn red with fear. This is the grave shrine of all the ancestors of the Ogre clan.
