"Hi," I waved.

"Hello" she waved back at me with enthusiasm.

"Eva, meet Rosaline. She was born on the same day as you," Monica introduced.

"Aww, are you serious? That's so fascinating" Evangeline smiled widely.

"Nice to meet you, my name is Evangeline Franklin," she brought her hand forth for me to shake.

"And I am Rosaline Thorne, nice to meet my birthday colleague" I joked and she laughed.

When I was in the lounge with Monica, she revealed something shocking to me that still makes me shudder just thinking about it.

"Evangeline has less than three months to live" she had told me.

"W-what?!" I stammered in shock.
