Chapter 6: After Two Years

I got up from my bed and started washing and dressing. I looked at myself in the mirror and noticed how much I had changed over the past two years. I was taller than children my age. I was 125 cm. I lost the baby fat that was left on my cheeks. My hair has reached the middle of the back with the blonde touch at the ends. My eyes have become clearer and look like two small emeralds. I looked a lot more like my father than before. I was wearing a black t-shirt and black pants with one or two holes.

On the way down, I saw my parents with my uncle Ezio in the kitchen. My mother has become more beautiful for two years. This is weird even for a noble elf. I think she must be using potions to rejuvenate herself. She's a magician, so that must be normal. My dad and uncle haven't aged. I don't think they're totally human. I enter the kitchen and greet them.

"Hello everybody"

"Hello Darling"

"Hello Saibus"

"Yo kid"

"How often do I have to tell you I'm not a kid" I replied to my uncle, glaring at him.

"ahhhahhh, you will always be a kid for me, little Saibus"

humph

Sniffing and looking away from him to look at my meal and start eating.

"My darling, after your training, is going to play in the forest, okay?"

"Yes, mom"

I answered innocently and finished my meal. If mom wants me to play in the forest, that means they have to talk about something essential. Otherwise, she would never allow her to go far into the forest. So I went out and started my training. Now I started with twenty kilometers of runs to the waterfall, then did little spells that allowed me to increase my body's gravity. I managed to create her spells after taking mum's magic class. According to her, no one had thought of creating this spell because it restricts movement but is perfect for training the body. I started with push-ups, then abdominals. I also did apnea, and so on. I completed the apprentice exercises. To end with the pressure of the waterfall, now, after two years of effort, I can stay below for two hours. But that's far from the goal as early as twenty-four hours set by my father. But after these two years of trying to resist the current, I felt that my body was becoming more robust, and I was becoming more patient and attentive to the things around me. During the afternoon, I improved my assassin skills by hiding in the shadows and following animals while remaining as quiet as possible. According to my parents, I am very good at other things, but I am better at assassins than my father taught me.

I was tracking a bear when I heard a cry coming from further into the forest. My mother forbade this area, but I went beyond and rushed to where the cry was coming from.

I ran at full speed, following the cries and traces left by an animal chasing a person. The beast seemed mad, as it destroyed several old tree stumps as well as branches...

I think it is an adult bear from the beast's tracks, although much larger than normal. The person must have entered his territory by mistake, and he took it as an invasion and took offense. The cries got closer and closer, and when I arrived there, I was speechless by what I saw.
