I can't just accept it. Is it just me or does anyone else feel the irony? His purpose was to defeat the Night King, and he chose a necromancer. The story could have gone like this: he was a combination of wolf and dragon, so air magic, warg magic (with winter benefits), and ritual magic in place of sacrifice magic. It's just my opinion, but keep writing! Your creativity shines, and exploring different angles can lead to amazing storytelling.
