Jude and Grayson step outside into the cold night air.
"Where are we going?" Grayson asks as Jude takes off walking.
Jude merely waves him to follow and says nothing.
They stop outside an old barn, red paint chipped away from time. Jude opens a rusty latch and swings the door open.
The room fills with moonlight, and Grayson can see the barn is empty, filled only with hay and dust.
Grayson looks around the room for a moment before turning back to Jude.
"If you think we're about to hook up in this scary a*s barn that your parents own, you're out of your mind."
Jude raises an eyebrow. "Gray, no. I thought you might need a break. Or to talk. You just seemed really overwhelmed."
"On the other hand, the moonlight is pretty romantic…"
"Gray, please. I just want to talk," Jude pleads.
"I don't think this is the time for this."
"If not here then where?"
"I don't know, just—"
"I want to know what you're thinking."
"You won't like it."
"Try me."
