Chapter 67: Chapter – 42 Is there no End?

The next wave of soldiers was similar to the wave before however it was getting harder with the increase of exhaustion around the soldiers. Even with maximum amount of load taken by the Captain himself it was not getting any easier for others to tackle.

“Captain I don’t think we can hold on much longer.” Tom screamed.

“Just keep holding them back as long as we can.” Deon screamed cutting down the last soldier of the group.

He wanted to give more instruction but something struck his back and he fell on the ground with a loud sound. Rosa turned her face to the sound of the Captain falling on the ground. She moved to look at the source of the attacker. Three more enemy soldiers arrived one of them was free handed and riding a horse. Her feet moved by themselves holding the sword. Tom moved with her both of them quickly killed the new three attackers. They ran back to the place where the captain lay.
