Snow shifted under their feet as they pulled the rope.

“Crazy people taking advantage of me; both of you wait till I recover my leg; I will take revenge on all this.” He shouted back, which made the knights laugh.

For the knights of Rante, this is a regular thing. As the snow starts, there are bound to be one or two accidents as some desperate people ride in the heavy snow without care. The first person was pulled up. They quickly removed the rope and passed him to the knight, who helped him. Then, the second one was a child, and the third was a female. It was risky, but they managed to pull all three of the passengers. Conner climbed up first and then moved his hand to help Darce up. As Darce moved, his leg almost slipped.

However, Conner kept a tight grip, and even Dylan ran to grab his other hand. “I warned you this would be dangerous. You hardly listen to what I say.”

Darce got up with the help of the brothers. “I am fine; I have you guys.”
