He also made sure to pull her closer to him.

“Everyone else is nice, I have been taken care of by you all most of my life.” Rosa put her head down looking at them all mostly at the man beside her. Each of them had come to her at different phases of her life and supported her without anything in return. Now that she thinks about it, there are so many in the group.

“I have allies out of this empire as well.” Rosa suddenly sat straight and turned to face Darce first and then to Conner.

Conner, on the other hand, shook his head. “Your Highness, I do not think it would be wise to bring foreigners into an inner court feud like this.”

“I don’t mean to bring them but I do indeed have friends in Ecruh with two princes who would not mind to come in the aid of the Empire if I ask this is an asset the nobles can not fight against. Can we not use that to pressure?”
